To everyone at Cedar Homes, we would like to say thank you for our wonderful home in Denmark. You have all been so pleasant to deal with. Most of all we would like to thank Daniel who has been there to help whenever we had a question or a query – and there have been many! He has been helpful, informative and always polite and friendly, ringing back with answers and following up all issues straight away. In the early stages Jackie was a pleasure to deal with too. Thank you for the basket of goodies – it was great! We look forward to dealing with you all again soon for No 2 house.

Dear Ken, I’m writing to you on behalf of Sue and myself to thank you, not only for the wonderful house that your company has constructed for us, but also for the fantastic service provided by yourself, your office staff and the contractors you employ to build your houses. The high level of customer focus, shown by all your staff, started as soon as we made initial enquiries at your display homes to what designs were available. This customer focus was maintained at all stages of our project, not just until we had signed our building contract. At the design stage Daniel’s assistance was greatly appreciated in helping us to come up with the final design that suited our requirements. His assistance carried on throughout the project and he was always available to answer any questions we had to do with the house we were building. We were also impressed by the high quality of workmanship by all the tradespeople involved in the construction of our house, especially the carpenters Graham, Peter and Ben. During our frequent visits to site, to inspect the progress of our house, we were always made to feel welcome and any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately. Once again thank you for your help in building our home and please pass on to all your staff our sincerest thanks for their assistance. Please feel free to use this letter as recommendation for people to build with your company, as we can honestly say, it was a pleasure dealing with your company.

The purpose of this brief note is to formally thank you and all your team at Cedar Homes, for the totally professional way in which you handles the building of our home over the past few months. We were particularly impressed by the patience and understanding of your people and by the way you offered suggestions and options all the way through the process aimed at meeting our sometimes vaguely stated requirements. We also noted the painstaking attention to practical detail which ensured that we eventually got the quality home that we really wanted. Perhaps you would be good enough to pass on our thanks and confirm to your people that – as far as we are concerned – they did an excellent job all the way from initial contact (thank you Peter) through construction (thank you Keith) to final handover (thank you Ken) – the ‘Welcome hamper’ was an added bonus! – and all stages in between. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cedar Homes to any other prospective home-builder.

We are now celebrating our first anniversary at Corella House. It’s unbelievable that a full year has flown by but it has. Still not much to do yet, plodding along with the painting and decorating. We still have the landscaping to do but it will come in time. Our first winter was a cosy one with our fuel fire serving us well. The house is a delight to live in and retirement is great in the country. Best wishes to you all and thank you.

Thank you for the wonderful home you built for us, we are thrilled with it. We have received so many compliments from the neighbours who stop and tell me how they are so pleased with the building and how they think it is an asset to this area! Thank you very much for our lovely home at Toodyay. We have been involved in building several houses and from those experiences, appreciate the professionalism that you have shown during the construction process, especially bearing in mind the distance from Perth and a somewhat difficult site. Every person with whom we dealt at your company was accommodating and helpful. Thank you to Mr Paulsen for your personal input, we know that you are busy and it was much appreciated. In particular, all your tradespeople have caused no inconvenience to our new neighbours, which is very important to us new comers to the district. Our sons and grandchildren love the area and will very much enjoy staying in a rambling country home in comfortable circumstances. We wish you all the best in the future and once again thank you all very much!

We have just spent a couple of days in our new holiday house at Eagle Bay and we are very pleased with the overall result. It sits well on the block, is structurally sound and well-built and will suit our needs admirably into the future. The balconies are fantastic and the additional windows allow s great views from all around the house. The raked ceilings give a wonderful feeling of space and the upstairs living area combines well with the wide verandas and views out to the bush and ocean. We very much appreciated the speed of construction from slab down just before Christmas to practical completion at the end of June even though we had difficulty keeping up with progress payments! Due to our controlled budget we also appreciated the fact that there were no cost shocks at the completion and final payment time. We would like to sincerely thank the staff at Cedar Homes and in Particular Nikki and Jane, for their cheerful assistance throughout the build process and Daniel for his professional approach and preparedness to listen to our issues and take prompt action when it was required. We would recommend Cedar Homes as a company that can be depended upon for quality product and great customer service.

Dear Daniel, I’m writing to thank you for the prompt manning in which you addressed the small problem we had a Fleta’s house in Bayswater. I’m not sure if any other builder would address the same problem, 9 years after it was built, with the same alacrity and dedication that you have shown. I will only be willing to recommend your company to any of your prospective clients if they wish to contact me. Once again, thank you for your efficiency and best wishes for the future.

I know there’s still a fair way to go in the actual build, and I hope I won’t put a curse on it by mentioning this, but I feel I need to say thanks (to you Nick, Marianne, Daniel, Jo and Paul) for the totally awesome flexibility Cedar has shown us throughout this build. Also a big thanks to Kiwi John and his build team, who appear to be doing a real craftsmen job, and lavishing speed, skill and care on the actual product. It’s been nowhere near as stressful as we feared (and indeed were told it was going to be).
